The Bowhunter’s Prayer

Respect. That’s what I like to think pushes me to make each and every decision I do. I don’t always make the right decision, but none of us do – 100% of the time. We’re gonna stumble, we’re gonna fall. Bottom line is I feel a huge, overwhelmingly intense sense of responsibility when I’m bowhunting. I try to uphold the legacy to its highest regard. You, I, we are all the keepers of this great tradition. It is a gift and I for one am thankful, successful or not, each and every time I’m granted an opportunity.

A huge thanks to Rick, @arrow_reaper, for posting this on Twitter. I don’t take credit for it, it’s not my creation, but I do feel it’s my duty to share.  Enjoy…
